In order to supply you with the best possible pricing and service, our payment terms are as follows:
Rates
S.B. Accounting Services
allows for hourly rates as well as prepaid service plans.Accpac Plus & other software:
Hourly 125.00
10 hour prepaid plan 1250.00 (one hour free)
*There is a one-hour minimum charge
Accpac for Windows (all products) and networking:
Hourly 125.00
10 hour prepaid plan 1,250.00 (one hour free)
*There is a one-hour minimum charge
Travelling time may be added..
Technical Support
Technical support (up to 15 minutes per call) is at no additional charge as long as you have had some billable time with us in the last two months. After two months or 15 minutes, you will be billed in 15 minute increments at either our regular rate or contract rate (except for on-line support which is billed as regular time). We always provide you with the fastest service, but with a prepaid contract, your call will be returned first.
